Whether your perfect Montana day involves casting a line, carving fresh turns, exploring by snowmobile, hitting the trails, getting out on the boat, or simply sitting on the deck watching the light move across the mountains, ARL gives you a comfortable place to come home to when the day's adventure is done.

A Classic Montana Log Cabin

Step inside and settle into the warmth and character of a true Montana log cabin.

The main level is designed for spending time together, centered around a large, well-equipped kitchen with generous island seating. There's plenty of room to make breakfast before heading out for the day, pack lunches for the trail, prepare dinner for the whole crew, or pour another cup of coffee and linger a little longer.

Just beyond the kitchen, the main family room might have one of the best seats in the house. Large windows frame views of Georgetown Lake and the surrounding mountains, bringing the landscape right into the cabin.

Grab a book, work on a puzzle, play a game, or simply sink into the couch and watch the weather roll across the lake. Around here, sometimes doing nothing is exactly the plan.

Plenty of Room for Your Crew

With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas, Alpine Ripple Lodge gives families and groups room to gather without feeling like everyone has to gather all the time.

Downstairs, a second living room with a TV creates another place to kick back after a full day outside.

The bunk room and air hockey table give kids, teenagers, and competitive adults a space of their own. Just don't expect us to referee disputes over the final goal.

Comfortable bedrooms throughout the cabin provide space to recharge so everyone is ready to do it all over again tomorrow.

Your Own Slice of Georgetown Lake

One of ARL's best features is waiting right outside.

Head down to your own private dock on Georgetown Lake and spend the day close to the water. Cast a line, launch into a day on the lake, swim, paddle, or simply find a quiet spot along the shoreline and take it all in.

Back at the cabin, the deck overlooks the lake and provides a fantastic setting for outdoor meals, morning coffee, evening drinks, and those wonderfully difficult decisions about what tomorrow's adventure should be.

And when the sun starts dropping behind the mountains, you don't have to go anywhere. You're already there.

SUMMER | Lake Days + Mountain Trails

Summer puts Georgetown Lake front and center. Bring the fishing rods, swimsuits, paddleboards, boat, wakeboard, and mountain bikes. Spend the morning fishing, the afternoon on the water, or head into the surrounding mountains for hiking and biking before coming home for dinner overlooking the lake.

FALL | Crisp Mornings + Quiet Country

As summer crowds thin out, fall brings cooler temperatures, changing landscapes, great fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, and wonderfully quiet days around the lake. It's an underrated time to experience this corner of Montana.

WINTER | Snow Days + Frozen Water

When the snow arrives and Georgetown Lake freezes, ARL transforms into a winter basecamp. Ski and snowboard at nearby Discovery Ski Area, explore the area's snowmobile terrain, spend a day ice fishing on Georgetown Lake, or head out for a day of cross-country skiing and winter exploration.

Then come home, shed the layers, warm up inside the log cabin, and start plotting tomorrow.

SPRING | Open Water + Fewer Footprints

As winter loosens its grip, the lake and surrounding mountains begin to wake up. Spring brings fishing, wildlife, uncrowded trails, longer days, and a quieter version of Montana that's easy to fall for.

Adventure Beyond the Front Door

Alpine Ripple Lodge puts you in the heart of the Georgetown Lake recreation area with easy access to some of Southwest Montana's favorite outdoor destinations.

Explore Georgetown Lake, Discovery Ski Area, the Pintler Mountains, Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness, and miles of surrounding trails and public lands. Venture a little farther and spend the day exploring historic Anaconda, mountain biking, golfing, fishing, hiking, or discovering another corner of Southwest Montana.
